Meet Mira

Hi, I’m Mira Milich from Harmoni Sound Healing. My connection to sound began as a little girl, immersed in the eclectic records my parents played every day—spanning Balkan, Mexican, Asian, African, pop, classical, and country music. I resonated deeply with the rich harmonies that filled my heart with joy, singing and dancing along to the beat. Bushwalking in nature added another layer to my love for sound, where birdsong became music to my ears. My deep love for nature and animals led me to buy my first CD in 1991, whale songs. I’ll never forget the profound sense of calm I felt every time I listened to those majestic creatures. Years later I heard Tibetan singing bowls for the first time and began meditation, and in 2012 at Crystal Castle I immersed myself into crystal singing bowls for the first time. I felt an instant alignment with these magical sounds—realizing firsthand how frequency and vibration can calm the nervous system, shift mindsets, and ease the body into deep peace. I was ready to deepen my practice, and so began the journey into breathwork, attending Kriya Yoga classes followed by sound healing facilitator and monochord practitioner courses. I hold deep gratitude to all my teachers at Sound Healing Australia, The Yogini Academy and Harmonic Space. I don’t offer kinesiology or reiki. Whether I am facilitating a sound bath for an individual or a group, I am deeply connected and resonate with the sound frequencies and vibrations. Integrating these tools has allowed me to cultivate a balanced, peaceful life free from stress. I wholeheartedly embody this work, and it is a privilege to share this transformative wellness activity to enrich the lives of others. It takes only a moment to pause, drop into stillness, and make every breath count. I hope you can join me to experience a Harmoni Sound Healing offering.
